Make cheese. Stay for the afternoon.
Make your own goat cheese, meet the goats behind the milk, then finish with fondue in the Amsterdamse Bos.

Start slowly. Bring a picnic and find a quiet patch of the Amsterdamse Bos before heading to Ridammerhoeve for the 13:45 workshop. Down in the cheese cellar, you’ll make your own goat cheese to take home. Then it’s into the stable to meet the goats supplying the fresh milk, followed by a goat-cheese fondue with organic white wine or fresh mint tea. If you’re not ready to leave, stay a little longer to watch the afternoon milking.
