The story

Sous-chef Luca brings the autumn of his native Veneto to Over-Amstel. The cooking is deliberately simple and ingredient-led, using the farm's seasonal harvest. For this 15 October edition, the boat leaves Amsterdam at 17:30 and takes you out to the farm for the evening.
